2. What data we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the data you enter: full name, company name (optional), phone number, email address, selected service, location and your message. When you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or Viber, we process the data you provide.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data only to respond to your enquiry, visit the site, prepare a quote and, if we work together, carry out the work. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

4. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, and afterwards only as long as required by law (e.g. accounting regulations).

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data passes through our web hosting and email provider solely for the technical operation of the site and delivery of messages.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising and does not load third-party content (fonts and images are served from our own server). If you follow a link to WhatsApp, Instagram or Google Maps, you move to those services, whose own privacy policies apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to info@vkmobility.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
